Some people clean because it is the job.
We clean with love. Every house, every time. That is not a line somebody wrote for a sign — it is the only way we were ever shown how.
My mother cleaned houses for more than thirty years.
She did it the whole time I was growing up, and she never once did it badly. Not on the days she was exhausted. Not in the houses where nobody was home to notice. Not in the ones where nobody ever said thank you. She would get in late, put her bag down, and straighten our own kitchen before she let herself sit.
For years I thought that was just habit.
It was not habit. A clean home was one of the few things she could give us outright, so she gave it — every single time. That is what I grew up understanding a clean house to be. Not a chore that got done. Something somebody chose to hand you.
That is where the name comes from.
Con amor. With love. Two words nobody around here needs translated, which is exactly why we chose them. They are not decoration. They are the instruction.
Why choose us
There are cleaning companies in this county with more crews than us and more trucks than us. That is true, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
What we bring instead is purpose in the room. We are not here to complete a transaction — a rate paid, somebody sent, a checklist ticked, everybody moves on. We are here to hand your house back to you working better than it was when we walked in.
That is a home that is genuinely easier to live in. Cabinets you can find things in. Floors you are happy to put a child on. A bathroom that feels new again on an ordinary Tuesday. Rooms with their light back — the light was always there, something had just settled on top of it.
We treat every room like it has to be made beautiful again. Not tidy. Beautiful. And the last room of the day gets the same treatment as the first one, because that is the only version of this we know how to do.
And the part we guard hardest is not the cleaning. It is how you are treated around it. Whether you get an answer when you call. Whether you are told before you find out. Whether saying “this bit isn’t right” is easy or awkward. We prize customer service above everything else in this business, and we mean that in the boring, operational way: it is the thing we would fix first if it slipped.
What you are actually paying for
We will say the price part plainly: we are not the cheap option. We are the one you keep.
What my mother did for those houses was not a service. She made houses feel like homes, on purpose, for busy people who deserved to feel comfortable in their own home while they carried everything else they had on their plate. That is the standard we price against, and it is worth what it costs.
In practice it means work done to the standard of somebody who would be embarrassed to leave it half done. That sounds small. It is the entire product. It is why the leak starting under your sink gets found and told to you instead of left for you to find in six months. It is why the shelf that was not on anyone’s list is wiped anyway. It is why you can come home on a Thursday and not go looking for the corner somebody skipped because it was late and they assumed nobody would check.
Nobody checks. That is exactly the point. You are paying for the version of the job that holds up when nobody is watching — which, in your own home, is every single day of the week.
The guarantee is an add-on we never charge for
Most companies sell add-ons. Inside the oven, inside the fridge, the blinds — fine, we do those too, and they cost what they cost.
There is one add-on that goes on every single job automatically and never appears on an invoice: our 100% Happiness Guarantee. You do not ask for it. You do not pay for it. It is on your clean whether it is a house, an Airbnb turnover, an office or a construction final. If any part of it is not right, you tell us and we come back and re-clean it — free, no argument, no invoice, and nothing for you to prove to us.
We can afford to promise that because of how the work is done in the first place. A guarantee is cheap when you rarely need it.
And sometimes a place takes longer than we thought it would. That is not a problem we hand back to you as a bigger number at the end. It just means the house needed a little more love than we expected — so it gets it, and the price is still the price we agreed.
Who we do this for
People whose week is full before the house is even in it. You work. You are not going to spend Saturday on the baseboards, and you have quietly made peace with a level of mess in your own home that you would never have chosen. We are trying to hand you something specific back: your Saturday, a house that stays in order without you ordering it, and the particular relief of walking through your own front door with nothing waiting for you. That is not a luxury. It is closer to being looked after.
Hosts, and the guests who decide whether they book you again. If you rent out a place, the clean is not housekeeping — it is the product. A guest forgives a slow reply. They do not forgive hair in the drain, and they write it down where the next twenty people can read it. Your reviews are your rent, and we treat every turnover like the thing your income actually depends on, because it is. Same-day windows between check-out and check-in. Linens, restock and staging. Photos the moment we leave, so you know exactly what your guest is about to walk into before they walk into it.
People moving in, and people moving out. A move-out clean is the difference between getting your deposit back and arguing about it. A move-in clean is the difference between your first night in a new home and your first night in somebody else’s leftovers. Both are emotional days and neither of them should end with you on your knees in an empty kitchen at midnight.
Offices and small commercial space. A workplace nobody wants to be in costs you more than the cleaning ever did. Commercial scope varies too much to price from a form, so we walk it first and then quote it — and the same standard applies once we do. It is somebody’s Monday morning too.
People at the end of a build. Post-construction is its own trade. Drywall dust does not vacuum, it relocates; it comes back three times before it stops. Adhesive, stickers, overspray and grout haze all have to come off without damaging what was just paid for. When we hand a project back, it is ready for the client to walk into — not ready for someone else to clean again.
How we work
A flat price agreed before anyone arrives. The same crew wherever we can manage it, because a crew that already knows your house is faster and better in it. And if we get something wrong, we come back and fix it — no argument, no invoice — because the name on the van does not leave us much room to do otherwise.
And you can reach us. That sounds like nothing until you have tried to get a straight answer out of a company with a ticket system. Call the number on this site and it is us.
We would rather have a hundred homes we are proud of, cleaned for people who felt looked after the whole way through, than a thousand we are not.
