Why will you not just give me a price online?
Because at this size the honest answer depends on things a form cannot ask — ceiling heights, stone and specialty finishes, how much of the house is actually in use. We would rather walk it for twenty minutes and then stand behind the number.
How long does the walkthrough take?
About twenty minutes, and you get the scope and the price in writing after it. There is no charge and no obligation.
Can you work around staff or a schedule?
Yes. Plenty of the houses we work in have other people coming and going. Tell us the constraints and we will build the visit around them.
