Who we are
Con Amor Maids LLC provides cleaning services in Broward County and the Palm Beach coastal corridor, Florida.
Estimates and pricing
Estimates are based entirely on the information you give us. If the property differs materially from what was described — size, condition, occupancy, access — we will contact you before doing additional work rather than adding it to an invoice afterwards. Some work, including large homes, jobs over 3,500 square feet, and commercial spaces, is priced only after a walkthrough.
Prices quoted are flat for the scope agreed. Adding services once we have started changes the price, and we will tell you the number before we do the work.
Recurring service and the frequency discount
Weekly, every-two-weeks and monthly service is discounted against the one-time price. That discount exists because you are committing to a schedule.
This discount is for recurring service. If you cancel after the first cleaning, the discount is added back to that first invoice.
You may pause, reschedule or cancel recurring service at any time. We ask for 24 hours’ notice on any individual visit.
Promotional codes
Promotional codes apply to a first cleaning only, one per household, and can’t be combined with another promotional code. Frequency discounts are not promotional codes and do apply alongside them.
A promotional code is applied when we prepare your estimate. Entering one on the website never changes what you owe on its own.
Scheduling and cancellation
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a visit. Late cancellations and lockouts may be subject to a fee, which we will tell you about before charging it.
Our guarantee
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours of the service and we will return and re-clean the areas in question at no charge. No argument, no invoice.
Access, pets and valuables
You do not need to be home. Tell us how to get in and we will follow it. Please secure anything fragile, irreplaceable or private before we arrive, and let us know about pets so we can plan around them.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless we have agreed otherwise. Recurring clients may be invoiced on a schedule.
Text messages
If you opt in, we send text messages about your estimate, scheduling and service, and — if you opt in separately — occasional offers and reminders. Neither opt-in is required to get an estimate or to be a customer.

- Your SMS opt-in and your phone number are never shared or sold to anyone for third-party marketing.
If you contact us in Spanish or Portuguese, we will reply in that language.
Limits
We are a cleaning company. We do not perform repairs, we do not haul debris, we do not handle hazardous materials, and we do not do work that requires a trade licence. If a job needs any of that, we will say so.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you book is the one that applies to that booking.
