Con Amor Maids LLC is a cleaning company in Deerfield Beach, Florida. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we will never do with it.

What we collect

When you request an estimate we collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, details about the property, any promotional code you enter, and anything else you choose to tell us. If you check either text-message box, we store that choice with your request. We also store which language you were reading the site in, so that we follow up in that language.

How we use it

To respond to your request, prepare an estimate, schedule and provide service, send appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow up afterwards. That is the whole list.

Text messaging

We do not sell, rent or share your phone number or your SMS consent with anyone for third-party marketing. Not with anyone, for any price.

• Service messages. If you opt in, we text you about your estimate, scheduling and service.
• Offers and reminders. A separate, optional opt-in. You can take one and not the other.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
• Neither opt-in is required. If you give us a phone number without checking a box, we will call you rather than text you.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers who help us operate — scheduling software, messaging and payment processing — and only so they can do that work for us. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to serve you and to keep ordinary business records. Ask us to delete it and we will, except where we are required to keep something.

Your choices

Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Reply STOP to any text to stop messages. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link.

Recorded calls

Florida law requires everyone on a call to consent before it is recorded. If we record or transcribe a call, you will hear a notice at the start and you can ask us not to — we will carry on without recording. Recordings are used to get the details of your job right and to train our team, nothing else, and we do not sell or share them.

When we call and text

We call and text between 8am and 8pm Eastern only. If you ask us to stop, we stop — reply STOP to any text, or just tell us on the phone, and the request applies to every channel we have you on. We keep our own do-not-contact list and we honour the national one.

Your privacy requests

Email hello@conamormaids.com or call (954) 870-8272 to see, correct or delete what we hold. Florida’s Digital Bill of Rights applies to companies far larger than us, so it does not govern this business — we answer those requests anyway.

Children

This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their information.
